WHAT can be returned?
All items may be returned or exchanged, except for items on sale
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange

Simply post your order or items along with your order/returns/exchange form to the following address:

HOW do customers return items?
Please send an email to email@example.com with a copy of the order and an explanation of reason for returning item
SHIPPING for returns?
Please note that you return postage will not be reimbursed
CREDIT for returns?
We may offer a credit note for items returned
Instore return option?
All items must be in their original condition, with packaging and tags attached or no refund or exchange will be given
Damaged or Faulty goods?
Any item, subject to proof of purchase and examination may be provided with a credit note, refund or exchange on any item directly purchased from us, with a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the products intended purpose.
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please arrange for the item to be returned to us for an assessement.
Goods received in error?
If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you have ordered, please contact use immediately or email email@example.com. We will arrange for this item to be returned to us and the correct item/s to be sent.
